Tampines Avenue 11
Parktown Residences is a new development located right at the heart of Tampines by UOL Group, Capitaland and SingLand. The site at Tampines Avenue 11 attracted a total of three bids. CapitaLand will hold a 50% stake in the joint venture, with UOL and SingLand sharing the remaining 50%.
In a statement released on June 27, the joint venture partners announced that Parktown Residences future development will feature approximately 1,190 new homes, alongside retail and community amenities designed to meet the lifestyle needs of the growing residential population in Tampines North.
